My Name is Michelle Bohnes and I am a young fashion designer from Berlin. I recently gained my Bachelor's Degree in fashion at the AMD Berlin. Originally, I am from a small village from west Germany. Even when I was younger, I already had a huge enthusiasm for creative work and fashion. My creativity is shown in my designs and I love to work with textile manipulation, extraordinary materials and experiment with volume. The inspiration for my Bachelor collection, with the title „Delightful Horror“ was the beauty and the sublime by Edmund Burke. I researched what kind of impact the sublime has on art and fashion in todays world and used sublime element in my collection to create shiver and admiration.
For my collection I was prized with the AMD Fashion Award 2020.
